Terms of sale

Last updated: 18 July 2026

This English version is provided for convenience only. The French version is the legally binding text.

1. Publisher and purpose

The Outlink service (“the Service”) is published by PAPIN GESTION, a French simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €3,000, registered office at 15 rue des Halles, 75001 Paris, France, registered under SIREN 951 130 160 (“the Publisher”). Contact: [email protected]. These terms govern any subscription to the Service through out-link.com.

2. Description of the Service

Outlink is software that connects the customer's Outlook for Windows application to their artificial-intelligence assistant, in order to read, sort, write and organise their email, meetings and tasks through natural-language commands. The software runs locally on the customer's machine; email content is neither transmitted to nor stored by the Publisher.

Requirements: Windows, Outlook for Windows (Microsoft 365 or Office) and a compatible assistant application (Claude Desktop to date). The Service does not work without these requirements, which remain the customer's responsibility.

3. Price and payment

The Service is offered as a monthly subscription of €19 per seat, with no minimum term. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Payment is made by card through our provider Stripe; the subscription renews automatically each month and is charged at each renewal date. Prices may change: any change is notified by email at least 30 days before it applies, and the customer remains free to cancel.

4. Free trial

Every first subscription opens a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged before the trial ends. The customer may cancel at any time during the trial, free of charge, from the subscription management portal (link provided by Stripe in billing emails) or by contacting support.

5. Delivery and activation

The licence key is emailed immediately after subscription. The licence is activated online and bound to the first machine on which it is used. It is transferable: uninstalling automatically releases the key for a new machine, and support can unbind it on request.

6. Licence of use

The subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the software, for one machine per licence, for the duration of the subscription. Decompiling, reselling, sharing or circumventing the licensing mechanism is prohibited. The licence is suspended or revoked in the event of non-payment or breach of these terms.

7. Term and cancellation

The subscription has no minimum term: it can be cancelled at any time and ends at the close of the current monthly period, with no pro-rata refund of the period started. Cancellation is done from the Stripe management portal or by emailing support.

8. Right of withdrawal

Under Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, a consumer customer has 14 days to withdraw. As the 7-day free trial covers the start of that period, any cancellation during the trial is free of charge. If a payment has been taken and withdrawal is exercised within 14 days of subscribing, the customer is refunded pro rata for the service not consumed, under the conditions of Article L.221-25 of the same code.

9. Support and availability

Support is provided by email ([email protected] or through the out-link.com/support page), in French or English, with a target response time of 24 working hours. The Publisher endeavours to keep the licence server continuously available; the software tolerates up to 7 days of server downtime without any interruption for the customer.

10. Liability

The Service is an assistance tool: the customer remains solely responsible for email sent, meetings booked and more generally for actions triggered through their assistant. The Publisher's liability, whatever its cause, is limited to the amounts paid by the customer over the last 12 months. The Publisher is not liable for malfunctions attributable to Microsoft Outlook, to the third-party AI assistant or to the customer's machine.

11. Personal data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy. The content of the customer's email is never transmitted to the Publisher.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, a consumer customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge under Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction.
